NB: because of the high emissions cruises produce we’re no longer taking this boat. There’s more here on the whys and wherefores of our decision.
We need help! Please share on social media if you’d like to give us a hand on our travels.
We’re doing our round the world trip without flying, which means we need to get creative for some of the trickier (wetter) legs of the journey. On the 27th of August 2016 a P&O cruise leaves Singapore for Australia, and we’d like to be on it.
The thing is we need one or two travel companions to do it: the fare for a double cabin is out of our reach, but quads and triples are currently going for $800 AUS pp. That’s about £400 each, for a 14 night cruise, including all meals and various other fancy things. Cheap right? (I mean, no, it’s not cheap, but it’s within the realms of affordable for us.)
It’s so much less than the double fare, that we’re open to negotiating on price. If you can pay your full share, that’s great, but if not we are willing to cover some of it. We’re happy to share with one or two people, male or female, couple or not.
All the info on the cruise can be found here, and you can trawl our blog for more on us and our travels so far.
If you’re interested we’d love to hear from you, you can get in touch with us on the blog or on facebook. We need to book ASAP to lock in a cheap price!
Thanks for sharing,
Kirstie and Arthur
